Michael Spicer’s “Secret Sauce”

Wichita businessman Michael Spicer has revealed new details to PARADIGM about his alleged reverse-engineering of a super-advanced aircraft, identifying a critical mineral that he says is one key to the craft’s performance.
Spicer also revealed plans to disclose more information about the craft’s alleged power source at a presentation in Colorado next month.
If substantiated, Spicer’s claims would have far-reaching implications for aviation and energy generation.
Spicer maintains he has spent decades reverse-engineering technology from an advanced aircraft after a chance encounter with one over public land in Kansas in the early 2000s. Spicer has said the craft he encountered hovered quietly. He also says he believes the craft is U.S.-made and capable of extraordinary speeds.
PARADIGM reported this month that members and staff of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence met with Spicer in 2023 and took custody of a piece of raw material that he maintains is a manufacturing input for the craft.
In a podcast interview last year, Tim Phillips, the former acting director of the Pentagon’s UFO office, AARO, indicated that a congressional committee chairman had referred Spicer to his office. But Phillips cast doubt on Spicer’s claims and suggested Spicer might have extorted the government with the threat of selling a piece of the craft to a foreign buyer.
Spicer has cited the extortion accusation and his frustration with his failure to secure a government contract as motivations for revealing additional details of his findings.
“We have been left with no choice,” he said. “It’s time to confront this broken, corrupt system of the military-industrial complex head-on.”
Spicer provided PARADIGM with an image of material he says represents a successful effort to reverse-engineer the exterior of the craft.
“That is the final pour, with everything mixed together,” Spicer wrote in an email.
Spicer maintains that the material does not just contribute to the craft’s stealth capabilities but that it is also essential to its power source and means of steering.
Spicer also told PARADIGM that the element tellurium is a crucial ingredient in the material that composes the craft’s exterior.
Tellurium is a rare metalloid used in solar cells and specialized alloys, among other applications. Tellurium rarely occurs in the ground in sufficient concentrations to mine it directly. As a result, most tellurium used in industrial processes is obtained as a byproduct of copper refining.
“The secret sauce contains a large amount of Tellurium mixed into a combination that is then subjected to condensed matter physics to amplify as well as change physical properties,” Spicer said.
Spicer said that his finished material includes both tellurium and the raw material he handed over to the Senate intelligence committee, which he declined to name.

“You have to add a few things to the Tellurium,” Spicer said. “Those few adds are the secret sauce.” He did not elaborate further on the process.
Spicer said he is intentionally withholding details about the process that would allow others to replicate it, and PARADIGM has not verified that Spicer has in fact reverse-engineered a revolutionary means of aircraft propulsion.
Spicer said he will discuss his findings about the materials and the alleged power source at a presentation in Brush, Colorado, on October 10.
He also expressed confidence that he will ultimately be vindicated.
“I come from a long bloodline of accused pirates who all died as heroes and very rich men,” Spicer said. “I’ll side with history.”

On Friday, the War Department released its sixth tranche of UFO files. The release included details and a video of a 2025 incident in the Middle East involving a reported Air Force encounter with six “small spherical objects grouped together.”
No major revelations have yet emerged from this release.

A new book analyzing UAP activity over the U.S. from 1945 to 1975, “UFO Intentions: Decoding the Patterns,” comes out next Tuesday.
The analysis assumes that some UFO sightings represent an intelligent presence and makes inferences about the nature of that presence based on patterns in the sightings.
Co-author Ian Porritt, a New Zealand-based UAP researcher, offered a sneak peek of some key findings.
“The long-term behavioral patterns point toward a surprisingly small, selective, and risk-averse operational presence,” Porritt, an affiliate of Harvard’s Galileo Project, said. “That conclusion emerged from the data and runs counter to many popular assumptions about the phenomenon. Yes they do have advanced technology but they still appear constrained.”
The book finds that daytime sightings occurred more frequently in the 1940s before shifting to occur predominantly at night. It infers that this change signaled a shift in intention from attempting to make contact with humans to preferring to remain inconspicuous.
Porritt contends that initial human responses to UFOs caused that shift.
“Our often lack of responses combined with aggressive interceptor approaches is not the right approach to encourage engagement,” he argued.
